We recommend and install Mitsubishi Heat Pumps and we are an accredited installer and technician for servicing needs.

Mitsubishi HyperCore are the only heat pump that can still perform in freezing conditions right down to -15°C! They also have a whisper quiet range so you don’t have to hear the warmth. You have the option of adding in the Wi-Fi Control which lets you control your heat pump from anywhere in the world via the app, you can set up heating rules for different heat pumps and times of the day making you 100% in control of your heating.

Heat Pump Servicing & Maintenance

Just like a log burner you also need to maintain your heat pumps. Whilst cleaning filters regularly definitely helps their effectiveness, we recommend a full service at least every 2 years...

Our heat pump service includes:

Clean and disinfect the systems' coils
Clean and disinfect drain pipes and condensate pumps if fitted
Clean air filters
Check the electrical circuit for the system
Check for any refrigerant gas leaks
Check the systems fault diagnostics Check temperature readings
Check the systems general operation
Check noise levels Instruct in any operation and maintenance requirements if necessary
